This policy applies to all PCC-owned websites and domains, ensuring consistent privacy and security practices across PCC's digital presence. While the PCC website may contain links to other sites, PCC is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of these external sites nor the content appearing on these sites. PCC does not endorse any of the products or services marketed at these other sites.

WEBSITE INFORMATION GATHERING

PCC respects your privacy and takes great care to protect the information you entrust to us. 

Personal Information Gathering – PCC does not automatically collect personally identifiable information (PII) about our web site visitors.  The only information that PCC collects via the website is information you send us.

Explicit Information Gathering

You can explore the PCC website without sharing any personal information. However, if you choose to complete our request-for-more-information form, you will be asked to provide contact details. Information supplied through the request-for-information form or through an email link to PCC on the website is used to address your inquiries about our products, services, and related business matters. Occasionally, we may also use this information to inform you about products and services we believe may interest you.

Covert Information Gathering 

PCC does not covertly capture information regarding the specific activities of any particular user of our website. However, we use Google Analytics to provide us with reports regarding visits to our website in aggregated form. The only personal information that we capture has been specifically submitted to us through the request-for-more-information form or through of an email link. We do not store any persistent information on your computer.

Personal Information Usage – Any personal information you share with us remains strictly with us. The only exceptions are disclosures required by law, such as providing information to government agencies for tax purposes or complying with court orders, including subpoenas or search warrants. We do not sell, rent, trade, lend, or otherwise share your personal information with any other organization.

PRECAUTIONS FOR CHILDREN

PCC does not knowingly collect personal information from children and our services are not intended for children. If personal information sent to us can be identified as originating from a person under 18 years of age, the information will be deleted. However, we may not be able to determine if information sent to us was submitted by a child.

Email Lists 

PCC uses self-generated email lists that include persons working in higher education who are in positions that relate to the services provided by PCC.  These persons have the option to opt out of the emails by contacting PCC. We also maintain email lists comprised of people who have indicated they want additional information about our services.

PCC is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share our email lists with any third-party organizations. Additionally, we do not link our email lists to any other databases, and we do not store email addresses or personal information on our web server. All personally identifiable information is securely stored on PCC computers.
