Cheri Bales
Cheri Bales is an experienced communications consultant with over 30 years in the marketing and communications industry and 16 years in higher education. Her expertise includes strategic communications planning, crisis management, and facilitating group problem-solving sessions to develop effective solutions. She has served on university crisis management teams and taught a crisis communications course at Western Michigan University.
Cheri possesses strong instructional skills and has delivered educational and informative courses in online learning environments for universities, SCORE.org, Google, and Constant Contact.
In addition to running her consulting business, Hannah/Gold Communications, Cheri works with nonprofits, educational institutions, and small businesses to empower them to communicate their messages effectively and navigate challenges confidently, enhancing communication efficiency and reducing errors.
